Deep-dive

Virtual; This is a skill-building course that takes the knowledge obtained in the previous course to the next level. We take a deep-dive into process mapping methodologies and best practices. You leave with templates and a path to begin documenting processes in a repeatable and reproducible way.

Who should attend? Those within your organization that will be documenting, reviewing, and/or approving documented processes.

Facilitation

Virtual or onsite; this session takes a look at one of your key business processes. With a group of stakeholders present, we will walk through your process from A to Z and produce a functional process map. A plan to continue with additional processes will be outlined.

Who should attend? This depends on the business process in question. Let’s chat to determine who should be in attendance on the day of the workshop.

Virtual; this 1-on-1 session is designed to discuss a wide range of process documentation and improvement related topics. From “how to get started” to “key strategies to implementation” we can discuss what you need in order to move forward.
