Our Story
When our founder Kelly attended her first process mapping training it was a lightbulb moment. After years of trying to figure out a name for her passion of structured, organized, methodical, ways of performing work from A to Z, this was it. What started off as one training quickly expanded to continued learning opportunities and changes in her daily work responsibilities. Little seeds of “what if this is my true calling?” began sprouting and what started as just a dream finally became a reality with the formation of A to Z Consulting, LLC.
Kelly jumped at the opportunity to offer her knowledge and experience to organizations looking for ways to grow and improve. With over a decade of experience in the higher education sector, she uses her vast knowledge of process improvement, facility and asset management, project management, and operations, to help clients achieve results throughout their organization.
